Deviation Actions
So I'm giving in to the fact that this seems to be my upload cycle 
Ah well, such is the busy life of this eejit somehow successfully adulting for a year 
So I've had a hell of a life since March, holy crap. Some of it cool, some shite and some I'm still not too sure happened. I've finished a year as a placement intern, stayed away from home for the first summer since I started uni, loved, lost, made new friends and managed to re-integrate myself into the social circles I'd somewhat lost, moved house, started to build a computer and am due to be credited as a voice actor for the first time ever. The holy hell has been going on like?!
What's more I've been drawing a little!
Feckin' shocking I know 
It's nice to submit art here every so often, feels like I make a little progress to becoming a better sketcher with each deviation 
I've started to ink my sketches again, might actually be getting the hang of drawing more complete pieces - or I'm jumping the gun as usual I'm thinking of switching to using markers over pencils for colouring as well - it takes so long to get a decent colour to show up on the page and when I scan them in they always look so pale. 
I miss bright colours! 
So I'll try something out and see

My scanner has awoken from its deep slumber at last... *proceeds to scan all the art I meant to scan ages ago*
No seriously I have art to put up and I'm genuinely happy about this :) Might draw something this weekend if I get the time and motivation too! :D I've been absolutely fried recently with the placement job I started earlier in the year, I love the people there and having a job is great but goddamn does the endless routine kill a man x_x Social starvation is becoming a thing and it's kinda been weighing on me recently. Some movement in my world
As the title no doubt suggests, things be happening yo ;P Mainly that there'll be a couple of up-and-back trips to Belfast to get into the new house for this year so I may be less active. After that my uncle is getting married so yaaaay wedding :D Looking forward to that, last wedding I was at I was about 5 years old :XD:
On the more long-term side of things, I am starting placement this year so I will probably be less active for deviations here (though I doubt I'll not be online most days :) ) However, to counter this - and my scanner being the grumpy bastard it is - I will be posting pics of any drawings that I do get around to on my Twitt

How long have you been on DeviantArt?
- Four long, relatively inactive and unproductive years now *cries* I don't usually have time to practice (excuses) and uploading is tricky for me without my scanner being generous (it's not) so I REALLY don't have a lot to show for it :worry: Though I'm an active watcher and love other people's creations just as much so I like to think it balances out :) (... a little at least :XD:)

Life Update
Heya dA :D College has finally let up for summer so I have TIME AGAIN! :D Though sadly I have no goddamn cash now so I still can't do much -_- Such is my life eh? :P
I have a couple drawings (new and old) to upload though my goddamn scanner is being a picky bastard again so it'll be a while before I can get them up :/ some of them need finishing anyways and I might try colouring a few of them on Photoshop too after picking up CS2 :)
Life's taken a turn or two for the easier at the moment, managed to land myself a year's placement working with a web development company here in Belfast starting in August (which excites and terrifies me) so I'

That honestly sounds like a hell of a summer ;u; Congrats on the VA, the computer-building and the house-moving!
Always excited to see more of your work.
Maybe you should look into a good editing program to fix up the scanner's nonsense. I struggle with the same thing, but manage to fix it up eventually, with tweaking the adjustments on PS a bit Let me know if you need any help with that ^.^
